We offer our home for House Parties and have them on alternate Saturday
nites from 8:00 p.m. til 2:00 a.m. We are located in Ipswich,
approximately 35 minutes north of Boston, Massachusetts on a secluded
acre and a half of property less than a mile from Crane’s Beach. In
addition to the main house we have a Carriage House with a large screen
tv, lounging area and over 900 square feet of vaulted ceilinged space.
We also have a stone building with a fireplace. For those inclined we
have an outdoor spa. We ask for a $45.00 donation per couple. We look
forward to seeing you. |
